These directions are written for firmware revision 2.0, and are the same for iPhone 2G, iPhone 3G, and iPod Touch.

To add a new mail account to the Apple iPhone:

  1. From the home screen, touch the "Settings" icon.

  2. In the Settings app, touch "Mail, Contacts, Calendars," then touch "Add Account..."

  3. Touch "Other" at the bottom of screen.

  7. Enter your information in the "Incoming Mail Server" and "Outgoing Mail Server" sections. Your username is your complete email address, including the "@yourcompany.com" portion.
    • Note that the password section under "Outgoing Mail Server" is shown as optional. To send mail through SupraNet's mail servers, you must enter your password here.

  8. If at any time you receive errors regarding failed secure connections, you can safely ignore them. Touch the "Continue" button to bypass them.IMG 0014.png

  9. That's it! Your new SupraNet email account is set up. If you received errors during your setup, or if your new mail account doesn't work, please call SupraNet at 608.836.0282.
