IOS18+ troubleshooting

If you have recently updated your iPhone to iOS 18+ and are now not getting email, please follow the steps below to get email working again:

1. Go into Settings -> Scroll to the bottom and select Apps -> Mail
2. Select Mail accounts
3. Select your SupraNet email account
4. Select Account settings

5. Select Advanced

6. Turn "Use SSL off (should be grey not green)
7. Make sure the Server port is 143
8. Select "Done" in the upper right hand corner. If that is not there, just select "Back" in the upper left hand corner
9. Select "SMTP" under Outgoing Mail server (should be just above Advanced)

10. Select mailbox.supranet.net Under Primary Mail server
 10a. If it's not mailbox.supranet.net, please update it so that it is
11. Turn "Use SSL" off just like above
12. Make sure Server Port is 25
13. Select "Done" in the upper right hand corner or "Back" in the upper left hand corner if done is not available


14. Once you reach the "Account settings" page, make sure to hit "Done" in the upper right hand corner.
15. Check the mail app. More than likely it's going to keep spinning but if not then you are done.
16. If you still aren't getting email, reboot your phone.
17. Check your email - it should be working now.
