Email Failed Addresses

Logging In

If you have been supplied with an administrative username and password, you can log in at http://mailbox.supranet.net/admin to access your domain's settings.

Adding a Failed Addresses

Failed Addresses or Fails are email addresses that will reject all mail sent to them. To add a fail:

  1. Click on "Add, delete and manage :fail:'s" from the main menu.
  2. Click "Add Fail" from the navigation bar on the left.
  3. Enter the email address for the failed address.
  4. Click the Submit button to finish.

Deleting Failed Addresses

  1. Click on "Add, delete and manage :fail:'s" from the main menu.
  2. In the list of fails, click the trash can icon next to the address you wish to delete.
  3. The server will not ask for confirmation. The gray bar will display "Email Admin -- yourdomain.com -- has been successfully deleted."
