Logging In
If you have been supplied with an administrative username and password, you can log in at http://mailbox.supranet.net/admin to access your domain's settings.
Adding a Failed Addresses
Failed Addresses or Fails are email addresses that will reject all mail sent to them. To add a fail:
- Click on "Add, delete and manage :fail:'s" from the main menu.
- Click "Add Fail" from the navigation bar on the left.
- Enter the email address for the failed address.
- Click the Submit button to finish.
Deleting Failed Addresses
- Click on "Add, delete and manage :fail:'s" from the main menu.
- In the list of fails, click the trash can icon next to the address you wish to delete.
- The server will not ask for confirmation. The gray bar will display "Email Admin -- yourdomain.com -- has been successfully deleted."
